Farmland Alliance is a business made up of both farmers and property experts. The business has been setup to maximise the potential of farms and their buildings and deliver best value to the farmers that own them.
We have over 30 years experience of farming, property and planning. We specialise in taking vacant farms and gaining residential planning permission.
We do all the work involved and do not ask for a penny up front from farmers. We also save farmers a large amount of money in commission that would usually be paid to Estate Agents.
We work very closely with the farm owners to ensure that any land they want to keep is included in the plans we submit for planning. Often farmers want to sell the redundant buildings but retain surrounding fields to rent to other farmers.
